This Vegan Cashew Parmesan only takes 5 minutes, and is super delicious on just about anything! I put this on pasta, pizza, soups, salad, and pretty much everything else to be completely honest. It’s incredible!
I’ve discovered over time that if you blend on a higher speed, it should come out a bit more moist and cheesy, and extra tasty!
This recipe is so simple, there’s really only one step! Put all your ingredients in a blender or food processor, and pulse on high until the mixture develops a parmesan-y texture.
5 Minute Cashew Parmesan
Vegan Cashew Parmesan that takes 5 minutes or less to make, and is insanely delicious!
- 3/4 cup Cashews
- 5 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- Step 1 Add all your ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse on high until the mixture reaches a parmesan like consistency.
